URGENT. Zithromax Emergency?

I took 4 500MG tablets of Zithromax and about five minutes ago I started puking and feeling worse than ever. Do you think this is a coincidence or should I contact the hospital or something. Also is 2 and a half hours enough time for the tablets to enter my system or did I just take away the effects of the meds
