Anemone that came on live rock?

You perfectly discribed a mojano anemone. These are considered pest but they do not spread as fast as aiptasia. They can also come in really nice colors. These can be nice enough to make a species only tank for. Having a bubble tip anemone would be very unlikely but far from impossible.
