Does this sound like pregnancy or something else..?

I had my period on the 10-14 of this month, my husband an I unprotectedly had sex 3 or 4 times from the 14- 23. It wasn't consistent, it was just 3-4 times in that time frame. I have been cramping for a week now an stay wet down there, does this mean anything?. I know its to early to take a pregnancy test. I am wondering if this is coincidence that I am cramping an more wet than normal ..
