Is it ok for god to laugh at us? i mean it says he will laugh at the wicked one?

Before i completely lost my mind and seen the word seven turn into the number 7000 in two different places. I realised god was laughing at all of us. I mean innocently laughing and with each burst of laughter he caused coincidences to happen. The problem is the moment you have god figured out he bursts out laughing and then your world around you falls apart and your forced to solve real problems. Gods up there laughing away at all our problems. Meanwhile we keep trying to kill the joke. One day people are going to realise survival isn't what we should be aiming for its harmony with the world around us. First people wanted easy living when they got it they wanted kings when they got kings they wanted gods when they got gods they wanted philosophy when they got philosophy they wanted science when they got science they wanted insanity when they got insanity they lost everything.
