Spraying Water Up Vagina?

Okay, so I know now that I shouldn't have done it. Please don't give me that crap. Basically, sometimes when I shower I spray water up the vagina. I've done a bit of research about it and I know that I shouldn't have. I'm kinda worried though. Can I get pregnant from doing it? I had a period a week after but it was quite light-ish and have had another one which probably lasted a day shorter than it usually does. I'm just really worried. I've looked it up and seen stuff but it's playing on my mind. I've had headaches and a bad cold since but I'm not sure if that's just coincidence or what? In the morning if I'm laying down I sometimes feel sick but soon as I stand up I'm fine. I've not been sick or anything though. I'm just SUPER worried now. Please don't bother with the hate or whatever...I'm just worried. I've started it a few years back and I DON'T do it regularly. But this time I've just gotten really paranoid but I'm not sure if it's because I'm older now and know a bit more. So is it possible to get pregnant from doing it or am I just being stupid?
