How to remove ivy tentacles from my brick wall?

Water it down first with warm water if you can get it there then start tearing from the top downward. Scrape the ivy feet off as you go with a paint roller tool or putty knife taking care not to scratch the brick too bad. When you've chopped it all down dig out the rest although it's probably sent runners under that wall so if it starts to come back spray it with Brush-b-gone. There will still be marks on the wall. If you can't get it off with a stiff brush then sand blast it.
